The first-ever Flavourama Europe Qualifier is coming to Vienna!
From February 12–15, 2026, Flavourama will take place in collaboration with Tanzquartier Wien – a significant milestone and a moment in which we are deeply grateful for your support.
With a vibrant and diverse program, our mission is to connect people and share knowledge about Hip Hop and House Dance culture.
For this edition, we are looking for motivated volunteers who want to help make the Qualifier Edition in Vienna an unforgettable experience. Based on our values, we are seeking open-minded people who are excited to join the Flavourama community and who enjoy learning with and from each other as true team players.
WHAT CAN YOU EXPECT?
The Europe Qualifier brings dancers from all across Europe together and creates space for exchange, connection, and a shared experience of House and Hip-Hop culture. As a volunteer, you support the team in areas such as:
➔ Support during the Qualifier event
➔ Merch sales
➔ Artist Care
➔ Stage Management
➔ Set-up and dismantling
➔ Artist pick-up & assistance
➔ General festival and production support

We aim to build a caring community of volunteers and offer everyone the chance to gain insight into the festival and its behind-the-scenes processes. As a thank you, you will receive:

➔ 16+ years old
➔ Available on February 13, 14 or 15, 2026
➔ Reliability, responsibility, and punctuality
➔ Interest in dance, music, and Street & Clubstyle culture
➔ Friendliness, openness to different cultures, and team spirit
➔ Fluent in German and/or English
➔ Available on February 7th, 11:00 AM for an Online Briefing via Zoom

Please be aware that working at a festival can be an intense experience and may require a lot of energy – so we kindly ask you to decide for yourself whether you feel ready for it. We will, of course, ensure breaks and continuous guidance from the Flavourama team – and within a volunteer community, you’re never alone.
Furthermore, there will be an Online Briefing on February 7th at 11:00 AM with all volunteers, in which you will receive important information about your work and competences needed at the festival. It is very important that you are present in the meeting, which will happen online via Zoom.
HOW TO APPLY
If we have sparked your interest and you would like to join our community, please fill out the application form below:
Applications are open until January 18, 10:00 PM (CET).
You will receive a confirmation or rejection by January 25 at the latest. If selected, we will ask you to confirm your availability and participation.
Our goal is to continue building a strong community. As a volunteer, you play a major role in making this possible, and we cannot express enough how grateful we are for your support. We truly hope we can count on your energy and enthusiasm at this year’s Flavourama edition.
